DELIVERY INFO We send cigarettes from Europe via air mail. Parcels are delivered to their addressees by Postal Services. Our cigarettes are shipped as registered mail with confirmation of delivery. Smoke Cafe reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.

SECURITY All personal information is transmitted by using a 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. Our clients’ information is encrypted and stored in a protected server. Smoke Cafe will only use your credit card details in order to process your order. Your credit card details are not stored for future purchases.
Smoke Cafe does not disclose data on who purchased products online to others.
In order to achieve high standards, which correspond with our company´s security policy, all client information is transmitted using the most secure encryption protocol available (128 bit SSL) in the market. In order to protect clients, a credit card ID number is requested. The card ID is a 3 or 4 digit security code that is printed on the back of your credit card. The card ID protects you from online fraud by verifying that you are in possession of the card you are attempting to use.

PRODUCTS GUARANTEE Smoke Cafe sells genuine products only. The cigarette and tobacco products purchased at Smoke Cafe are offered by original worldwide manufacturers including the U.S. and Europe.
The products on sale at Smoke Cafe are manufactured for oversea sales, e.g. duty free shops, international airports, ships, and diplomatic core, and may differ materially in taste and quality from the same trademarks and brand names sold in your country. Duty free cigarettes may rightfully be smoked anywhere in the world.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION The products sold Smoke Cafe are for personal use only and not for resale. Smoke Cafe does not support, imply or suggest in any way shape or form the non-payment of federal taxes or individual sales taxes.
Customers who purchase tobacco from foreign companies become the importer. It is the importer´s responsibility to assure that the products comply with import regulations. Smoke Cafe suggests consulting with your local tax office. As the buyer / addressee, you are fully liable for the importation of the products purchased on this site. Products sold by the seller are under customs bond. When the buyer purchases the products he/she officially instructs the seller to ship the products on his behalf to the destination provided by the buyer.
The shipment of tobacco products is legal in the USA, according to the Universal Postal Convention dated September 15, 1999. United States, Switzerland and Germany are among 189 member countries which consent the provisions of this international law. Purchasing duty or tax-free cigarettes may not be approved by your local authorities. The buyer may not abide by various U.S. state, federal law or international law.

SHIPPING POLICY AND COSTS To ensure that our products reach you at optimal conditions, each carton (10 packs of 20 cigarettes each, one bottle, or one fragrance bottle) is wrapped with a custom made hard cardboard box, and sealed in a specially designed plastic shrink cover. Each package is shipped to you separately in order to comply with international postal regulations and standards, e.g. if you ordered 5 cartons, your order will be shipped to you the same day, but may not arrive simultaneously. You may receive each carton on a different day, some cartons may arrive the same day.
The average delivery time is between 10- 21 business days to countries worldwide. Shipment costs are $4.50 per product. Air mail delivery duration is not guaranteed. On rare occasions, e.g. holiday season´s rush, some orders may experience a slight delay.

To avoid confusion, please note that your credit card statement will read the names of the cc processing companies we work with.
If you pay through Visa, your monthly statement will read the amount you pay us.

RETURN POLICY In the event you are asked to pay any taxes, you may refuse to accept the packages and they will be sent back to us. We guaranty to issue you a refund for the returned goods less shipping fees upon their arrival. Please note that even in such case when you are asked to pay taxes, your total costs (product cost + shipping cost + duty tax) will still be substantially lower than the regular retail price in your country. Credits are only approved for unopened orders that are returned as denied-orders upon delivery and that are not signed for.
Upon product return, please email us (support@smokecafe.com), and state your order number and reason for the return.
If due to some reasons you decide to cancel an order when it has already been shipped out, you will be still charged for shipping and handling costs (4.50 Euro per each carton). A refund will be issued to your credit card once your parcel reaches our warehouse (this may take up to 30 days depending on your location).

CHARGEBACK POLICY: Taking into account the fact that our cigarettes are shipped from Europe, we would like to warn you about possible delays. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us immediately whatever problems might occur and not to cancel transactions by filing disputes with your credit card company. If there is any kind of problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a replacement of your order.
It's worth mentioning that such unjustified measures force us to refuse future purchases from customers attempting or threatening to do so. If you place an order in our store you agree on our established policy and rules and should you have any troubles you are obliged to inform us primarily. Otherwise, disputes will be contested.
